What is JEE Mains ? The JEE Mains (Joint Entrance Examination - Main) is a national-level engineering entrance exam in India. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate engineering programs (B.E./B.Tech) in NITs, IIITs, and other centrally funded technical institutions (CFTIs) . It is also the qualifying exam for JEE Advanced , which is required for admission to the IITs .
